My name is Kenneth Wajda and I'm a Leica and other vintage camera expert and I am frequently asked to evaluate classic camera equipment collections for condition and value, and I offer consultations to assess equipment on an hourly basis ($125/hr.) or at a flat fee for larger collections.

I work with individuals and their personal collections, plus antique dealers, vintage store owners and thrift stores.

Proficient with German (Leica, Rollei/Rolleiflex, Contax), East German (Praktica, Exakta, Pentacon), Swedish (Hasselblad), Japanese (Nikon, Fujifilm, Pentax, Canon, Minolta, Ricoh, Konica, Olympus, Bronica), American (Kodak, Graflex, Wollensak, Zone VI, Wista, Busch, Deardorff), and Russian brands (Zorki, Zenit, Fed) in all types SLR, TLR, Viewfinder, Rangefinder and View in all formats, 110, 35mm, 120 medium format, 4x5 and 8x10 cameras.

I travel with all the various films, tools and batteries needed to evaluate your gear. I've used many of these cameras — I'm a photographer and user first.

Using past sales as a guideline, I will give you a fair and honest opinion regarding the equipment you have, its condition and operability, and the approximate value if sold in a private sale versus to a store/dealer.
